The COSEC ARGO FOM212 is a fingerprint and Mifare terminal designed for installations that require a combination of biometric identification and high-frequency card support. It supports fingerprint authentication, Mifare cards, PIN, and BLE via mobile device, allowing multiple access options. The device features a 3.5-inch display with Gorilla Glass and IP65 and IK06 protection ratings, ensuring resistance to dust, moisture, and mechanical stress. It supports up to 50,000 users, 25,000 fingerprint templates in 1:N mode, and 100,000 in 1:1 mode, while event storage reaches up to 500,000 records. Communication is handled via Ethernet, PoE, Wi-Fi, USB, and BLE, while 3G/4G/LTE connectivity is also supported through an external dongle. The device includes full door control support with outputs for lock, door sense, exit reader, exit switch, and Wiegand, allowing integration with existing systems. Installation can be surface-mounted or flush-mounted, making the device suitable for projects with increased security requirements and compatibility with Mifare infrastructures.
