Return Policy

Product returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition, unused, not installed, not damaged, and accompanied by its original packaging, all accessories, and proof of purchase.

Return Conditions

The return is accepted provided that:

  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • All components, manuals, and accessories are included.
  • It is accompanied by the receipt or purchase invoice.
  • It has not been damaged, broken, or altered.

Non-returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for products that:

  • Have been used or installed.
  • Have been customized specifically for the customer.
  • Have been manufactured or ordered as a special request.
  • Have been damaged or broken after receipt.
  • Do not come with their original packaging or the necessary proof of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, providing the order number and relevant photos, where required.

After reviewing your request, we will inform you of the replacement, repair, or return process, depending on the case.


Return Costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake or the delivery of a defective product.

In case of a return due to withdrawal, the product must be shipped securely to ensure it is received without damage.


Refunds

The refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

If the product meets the return conditions, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Any shipping or cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
